EXECUTIVE ORDER WILL GIVE AMNESTY TO ILLEGALS

The heated debates about illegal immigration going on right now has reached a new high, I believe passions on both sides are reaching the boiling point. The new Arizona law that was passed SB1070 http://www.azleg.gov/legtext/49leg/2r/bills/sb1070s.pdf is so misunderstood it is not even funny, critics of the law haven’t even read the law, and this includes by the way the Obama Administration. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DIbp5FNdErg&feature=related This law is no different then what the Federal law says all this law does is bring it to a state level.
It should come as no surprise that an activist judge has struck down parts of the bill. http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2010/07/28/federal-judge-rules-arizona-immigration-law-dispute/ The Judge has put an injunction on the part of the bill that gives police the ability to question whether someone is in the country illegally; you tell me if this will lead to racial profiling or not.

23 THIS STATE WHERE REASONABLE SUSPICION EXISTS THAT THE PERSON IS AN ALIEN WHO
24 IS UNLAWFULLY PRESENT IN THE UNITED STATES, A REASONABLE ATTEMPT SHALL BE
25 MADE, WHEN PRACTICABLE, TO DETERMINE THE IMMIGRATION STATUS OF THE PERSON,
26 EXCEPT IF THE DETERMINATION MAY HINDER OR OBSTRUCT AN INVESTIGATION. ANY
27 PERSON WHO IS ARRESTED SHALL HAVE THE PERSON'S IMMIGRATION STATUS DETERMINED
28 BEFORE THE PERSON IS RELEASED. THE PERSON'S IMMIGRATION STATUS SHALL BE
29 VERIFIED WITH THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT PURSUANT TO 8 UNITED STATES CODE SECTION
30 1373(c). A LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIAL OR AGENCY OF THIS STATE OR A COUNTY,
31 CITY, TOWN OR OTHER POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THIS STATE MAY NOT SOLELY
32 CONSIDER RACE, COLOR OR NATIONAL ORIGIN IN IMPLEMENTING THE REQUIREMENTS OF

41 4. IF THE ENTITY REQUIRES PROOF OF LEGAL PRESENCE IN THE UNITED STATES
42 BEFORE ISSUANCE, ANY VALID UNITED STATES FEDERAL, STATE OR LOCAL GOVERNMENT
43 ISSUED IDENTIFICATION.
Lets say you are pulled over for a traffic violation you have to show proof of insurance and show them your driver’s license, are those considered papers? If so I am going to say they can’t ask for them anymore because that is racists. How many things have you done that required you to show some form of I.D? I have had to show my I.D to get in to some building for crying out loud. If you are questioned by law enforcement do you feel they are profiling you? I sure don’t. The bottom line is they have a right when the Federal Government is not doing anything to stop it to do it themselves.

I am not sure what the long term solution is, but I sure as HELL know the first thing we need to do is SHUT THE BOARDER DOWN, send all the military and technology we got down there.

Wow its been along time since I have been on here. Ok so lets see what we have going on oh ya just really quick on our soon to be new Governor, I like Gary Herbert I have meet a few times and he was nice to me and all those who came up and talked to him. He was in line with my view points. I am not a fan of Huntsman at all, I was till he started to go off the reservation. The main problem I had with him was his environmental policy's to combat so called global warming.
We also have the senate race which have been in the news between our current senator Bob Bennett and Tim Bridgewater and Mark Shurtleff. I don't know what do here I DO not like Bennett at all he has not done a good job at all representing Utah. How dumb does he think we are? just because he held up some of Obama's appointees we will come running over to him? I don't think so, I will be supporting someone other than him. On the other hand we have Mark Shurtleff oh boy, could someone run to the cameras faster then him. I am not sure how I can support someone who spoke at a Pro illegal immigration rally, and he is our attorney General?
