Obama ripping off Bono?

It was amazing to so many people out to see Barack Obama speak in Berlin, there was estimated to be around 80,000 people, But the main stream media may not have told you that there was a FREE concert before he spoke. As I heard him speak I did not hear anything nuance in it, nothing that stood out; that is until he said this "People of Berlin! People of the world! This is our moment. This is our time." well come to find out that on July 8th, 2005, Live 8. Bono said this "This is our moment. This is our time. This is our chance. To stand up for what's right. We're not looking for charity. We're looking' for justice!" hummmm sounds familiar. Another thing that struck me is I don't recall him ever saying anything good about America, in fact if you don't have to listen closely to find him ripping America.

Why is Obama trying to be the president of the world, when he isn't even the president of the United States yet? Are we supposed to look at the citizens of Germany, who don't even really like America or what we stand for, and be so amazed at their adoration for him that we'll give him our vote?
